All products are made to order. Product images on our website are intended to accurately represent our items, however slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs for international orders, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and associated payment processors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are made to order. Production takes 3-7 business days. US shipping is free and takes an additional 5-7 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery takes an additional 7-15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Beyond Nine to Five is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events outside of our control. 6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will address orders that arrive damaged, defective, or with print errors. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.
