Shipping Policy

Beyond Nine to Five ships worldwide. Every piece is made to order — we don't mass produce and we don't hold inventory. That means your order is created specifically for you after you place it.

US Orders

All US orders include free shipping. Production takes 3-7 business days. Shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days after production. Please allow up to 14 business days total for delivery.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Production takes 3-7 business days. International shipping takes an additional 7-15 business days after production. Please allow up to 22 business days total for delivery. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at beyondnine2five@outlook.com. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout — incorrect information can cause delivery failures that we may not be able to resolve.
